David Pringle is a practising artist who works across many different mediums, with a key focus on materiality and process. With these concepts front of mind, David has expanded his practice to create works that continue the relationship between material and form, with a functional outcome.

David studied Sculpture at the Royal Collage of Art, and was that year’s Madame Tussauds prize-winner for his graduation show. After graduating he worked for Mike Smith Studio, a world-renowned fabrication business specialising in creating work for artists and designers on the international stage.

David has since gone on to set up his own studio in South East London, focusing on his artistic practice whilst also fabricating for renowned galleries and artists.
